Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Idle Pilot LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating LeadFast. By using LeadFast, you agree to them. If you use LeadFast for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.

2. The service

LeadFast finds and scores newly published public Reddit posts and sends qualifying alerts to destinations you activate. LeadFast never posts, comments, messages, votes, follows, or contacts anyone on Reddit for you. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to respond and for following Reddit and subreddit rules.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your sessions, connected destinations, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe the account or an integration has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LeadFast to break the law, violate another person's rights, access private systems or communities, automate activity on Reddit, send spam, distribute malware, evade provider restrictions, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. You may not resell or reverse engineer LeadFast except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Subscriptions and billing

A 14-day trial starts when you create an account. No payment method is required to start. If you do not purchase a plan, monitoring and Product Access stop when the trial ends. Your saved product and destination configuration remain available for reactivation while your account exists.

LeadFast offers one recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. If you subscribe during the trial, your remaining trial time is preserved and the first charge is scheduled for the original trial end. The price, currency, taxes, renewal period, and first charge date are shown before purchase. Stripe hosts checkout and billing management and may act as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period; failed payment may suspend access immediately. Refunds and taxes are handled as stated at checkout and as required by law.

6. Your content and integrations

You retain rights in the Product Input and other information you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it and operate LeadFast. You authorize us to send alerts to destinations you activate. Third-party services such as Reddit, Slack, Telegram, Google, Resend, Stripe, and OpenRouter have their own terms and may change or interrupt their services.

7. Delivery, availability, and results

Post to alert timing is measured from publication to acceptance by a connected destination. Actual delivery times can vary. LeadFast does not guarantee delivery within one minute, uninterrupted monitoring, that every relevant post will be found, or that a post, alert, comment, vote, ranking, sale, or other outcome will occur. Late qualifying posts may still be delivered.

8. Intellectual property

LeadFast and its software, branding, and documentation belong to Idle Pilot LLC and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your trial or subscription.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LeadFast or cancel through Stripe. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Idle Pilot LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from LeadFast will not exceed the amount you paid for LeadFast during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent allowed.

11. Governing law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as LeadFast changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@leadfast.vip.
