Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Idle Pilot LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating LeadFast, collects and uses information when you use LeadFast.

1. Information LeadFast processes

We process your account email, authentication provider identifiers, server-side sessions, Product Input, Product Profile, Matching Policy, billing status, destination configuration, and support communications. Destination data may include an email address, Slack workspace and channel identifiers, Telegram chat identifiers, or an encrypted webhook endpoint and signing secret.

LeadFast also processes public Reddit post content, public author names needed for duplicate detection, Match Scores, delivery attempts, and operational timestamps. We receive subscription and transaction status from Stripe. Our infrastructure and providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs to secure and operate the service.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and progress through signup, trial, setup and subscription. Analytics loads automatically on our production website. We do not send your email, product description, searches, submitted website URL or authentication parameters to Google Analytics. Google processes browser and device information and pseudonymous visitor and account identifiers. We do not enable advertising personalization.

Diagnostics

We use Sentry to diagnose errors and follow requests through the website and background jobs. Diagnostic data may include your account email, product information, pages visited, browser and device details, request and response content, and recordings of on-screen interactions. Passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, API keys, and signing secrets are excluded from diagnostic capture.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, understand your product, discover and score relevant public Reddit posts, deliver alerts, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

3. Website review

We review your website daily to maintain product understanding. We retain the current and previous normalized text of the pages we read, their URLs, your corrections, and structured understanding versions. We do not archive raw HTML or collect voice recordings.

4. Providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate LeadFast, including to hosting and network providers, Cloudflare, Google authentication and Google Analytics, Resend, Stripe, OpenRouter, KWatch, Decodo, Sentry, Slack, and Telegram. Each provider receives only the information required for its role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Public posts, evaluations, public author names, delivery attempts, and completed operational jobs are retained for up to 90 days. The product displays up to 30 days of post history. Product configuration, account data, and active destination configuration remain while your account exists. Billing records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encryption in transit, encryption for stored provider credentials and webhook configuration, revocable sessions, and restricted production infrastructure. No security measure is perfect. LeadFast and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

7. Your choices and rights

You may update product and destination information through LeadFast, disconnect integrations, revoke the current session by signing out, and manage billing through Stripe. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Children

LeadFast is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact
